What the evidence shows
The E1’s documented design is more useful for a flat above-ground pool than for someone needing wall cleaning. The checked material does not provide enough accessible exact-model owner feedback to judge how consistently it delivers.
Floor cleaning is the intended job
Aiper specifies flat pool floors and floor-only operation, with a bottom roller directing dirt towards the intake. It should not be compared with wall-climbing Scuba models as if they cover the same surfaces.

The manufacturer lists a standard basket plus a much finer secondary filter. That is a potentially useful distinction from very basic floor robots, but a filtration specification is not a measured test of algae removal or complete pool clarity.
