Useful on inaccessible glass
The owner used the 2S on numerous panes in an eighth-floor apartment and valued the improvement in visibility on glass that was awkward to reach. The account is particularly relevant to access and effort, rather than proving a flawless finish on every surface.

The same report found water deposits difficult to remove and did not consider the robot a solution for shower-glass scale. Repeated passes and keeping the cloths and tracks clean were part of obtaining a better result. Ordinary surface dirt and mineral buildup should not be treated as equivalent jobs.
