Enabot describes two-way audio, a low-angle 2K camera and a typed-message feature that speaks through the robot. The practical idea is to drive toward a hiding pet or another room instead of relying on one fixed camera angle. The source does not establish how consistently remote access works on different home networks.

The Mini is advertised with obstacle avoidance, self-righting and a remembered route back to its dock. Those are useful intended conveniences for a small camera robot, but the checked documentation does not establish performance on thick rugs or cluttered floors. Its percentage improvement claims are internal comparisons, not independent household results.

Motion alerts, continuous recording, night vision and family access are described on the official page. The important ownership questions are whether recordings remain easy to retrieve and whether the robot stays reachable when away from home. Neither long-term app reliability nor servicing costs were established here.

Enabot’s comparison states that the basic Mini uses a brushed motor and lacks the people-and-pet recognition offered by Mini Sport. Its FAQ also acknowledges difficulty on thick-pile carpet and possible lag over distant connections. These explicit boundaries are more useful than assuming every feature in a Sport demonstration is present in the basic Mini.
