One detailed owner account shows useful mapping and zone control alongside frustration when an exclusion area interacted badly with an existing wired installation. The later clarification is important: the original complaint alone gives an incomplete picture.
What the owner initially liked
An experienced Automower owner moving from a 330X appreciated better distribution of mowing across a complicated garden, seeing the mower in the app and defining zones. These were meaningful improvements in everyday control.
[1]The boundary setup behind the complaint
The mower repeatedly became trapped in a sloping stay-out area. In a later reply, the owner acknowledged a boundary-placement requirement and confirmed they had reused physical wires rather than installed wireless EPOS. That makes this a warning to check exclusion-zone rules, not evidence that every 430X NERA ignores its map.
