The official page distinguishes Basic and Pro packages and explicitly excludes the charging base from Basic. Fur, masks and other accessories are separate choices. The less expensive package should therefore not be assumed to include everything shown in the product imagery.

The manufacturer gives a typical robot runtime of a few hours and says it can remain plugged in. A purchaser separately complained about limited interpretation-collar usage and the expense of additional allowances. That comment concerns an optional feature and should not be confused with the physical robot’s battery life.

The company says normal interaction runs locally, while an optional image-creation feature uploads data for cloud processing. That is a manufacturer explanation of the design, not an independent privacy audit or proof that every added AI feature works offline.
