What owners and reviewers say
Early owner feedback includes straightforward installation and fast, tidy cutting, but the clearest detailed account covers only a handful of outings. It is promising evidence of convenience, not yet a long-term reliability verdict.
Setup and the first cuts
A UK owner moving from a LUBA 2 found dock positioning and automatic mapping easier with the X420. After four or five cuts it was mowing quickly, keeping straight boundary lines and returning to charge without intervention. They thought it reached slightly closer to the edge than their previous machine.

The purchase price was the main reservation, together with the absence of the remote camera view the owner enjoyed previously. They had deliberately kept the cutting height high, so the report does not show how it handles a very short lawn or heavy catch-up mowing.

Replies raise concerns about interruptions to positioning services and the need for a manual restart, but do not consistently identify the same model and installation. We would not convert them into an X420 defect rate. The reviewed exact-model account is too short to promise unattended operation over a long holiday.
