Expert Reviews found consistently logical routes and reliable returns to the dock. Its test unit repeatedly cleaned under a bed without becoming trapped and avoided shoes, curtains and office cables. It still drove into a small simulated pet accident and tangled with a bathroom mat. Those exceptions matter in pet homes: general navigational competence is not reliable waste recognition.

The same reviewer liked both vacuuming and mopping, particularly the system that leaves pads at the dock when they are not needed. Cleaning was slower than the Eufy comparison, and the proprietary detergent bottles were a drawback. The controls covered room selection, schedules and restricted areas. These are useful daily conveniences, but the review covers one household rather than a long-term ownership sample.

A separate owner reported a speaker failure on the first unit, followed by drying and mop-detection errors on its replacement. According to that account, firmware updates fixed the drying problem and an error during vacuum-only cleaning; wear at a tray attachment and later pad-detection trouble remained concerns. This gives a concrete picture of possible troubleshooting work, but it cannot establish how frequently other units fail.
