Digital Citizen found effective everyday cleaning, particularly with higher suction, and appreciated access beneath low kitchen furniture. It also reported slow coverage and occasional sticking around obstacles. Clearing cables and allowing time for an interrupted run are more realistic expectations than fully unattended cleaning in a cluttered home.

The reviewer found that the E10 builds its route anew rather than retaining an editable laser map. There are no app-drawn no-go zones; closing a door is the practical way to exclude a room. That changes how you schedule cleaning if different rooms need different treatment.

In the test, the dust compartment needed emptying after one or two runs. The damp pad helped with light wiping but did not amount to active stain scrubbing. Stronger settings increased noise and battery demand, and recharging was lengthy.

Xiaomi lists scheduled starts, remote control, adjustable suction and three water-flow levels, alongside a low body and sensor-guided zigzag travel. These are manufacturer-described functions, not proof of obstacle avoidance. Our interpretation is that the E10 fits a simple daily maintenance routine when the owner is happy to prepare the floor and service the bin and pad.
