Vacuum Wars found strong loose-debris pickup, above-average embedded-sand removal from carpet and good crevice cleaning. Its flattened-pet-hair result was below average, however, and the supplied TriCut brush still wrapped some long hair. Carpet dirt removal and carpet hair removal should therefore be treated as separate strengths. MySmartPrice also found ordinary dust, grit, rice and coffee grounds easy for the robot to collect.

Vacuum Wars’ dried-stain results were well below its average, and the robot avoided only eight of 24 objects across its two obstacle courses. MySmartPrice was happier with routine footprints and light spills, but likewise considered small-object avoidance a weakness. Keep cables and toys off the route and expect heavier dried marks to require another pass or manual cleaning.

Vacuum Wars found both routing and battery efficiency better than its comparison averages. MySmartPrice praised sensible mapped routes and useful room-specific settings, schedules and restricted areas. These findings make the D30 more convincing for maintaining a cleared, sizeable floor plan than for navigating a constantly changing obstacle course.

MySmartPrice found the dock’s tanks and removable parts accessible, but the station was large and emptying noticeably loud. It still required tank, filter, brush and washboard care. That Indian review lists the TriCut brush as an optional accessory, whereas Vacuum Wars received one in its tested package. Check the actual local bundle instead of assuming that the brush is included everywhere.
