Our take
Dreame X60 Pro Ultra Complete
Very capable hardware and strong cleaning, but some owners find the software and navigation more frustrating than the premium price suggests.
Cleaning power, obstacle-crossing hardware and the dock are consistently praised.
Reports of getting stuck, long cleaning times and high water use make it less effortless than the spec sheet suggests.
Mixed-floor homes with thresholds, rugs and pets.
Anyone who wants a compact dock.
- 42,000Pa claimed — an advertised pressure figure, not a cleaning score.
- Up to 10cm obstacles
- Cameras help the robot recognise its surroundings and nearby objects.
What owners and reviewers say
The X60 Pro Ultra Complete has an enthusiastic six-week home review but a contrasting owner account of trouble around fixed furniture. Its extending mop earns praise in both accounts. The unresolved question is how reliably the navigation handles the particular low gaps and narrow routes in your home.
Strong cleaning in an extended home test
TechRadar reported effective collection of mixed cereal and rice on hard flooring and a carpeted rug after two passes. Its reviewer was happy with routine cleaning over six weeks and found the supplied spare accessories useful. That is encouraging everyday evidence, without establishing multi-year reliability.
[1]The extending mop has practical appeal
Low-furniture navigation is a point of disagreement
The owner described repeated hesitation or getting stuck below a sofa and bed, plus skipped narrow passages and chair-leg areas. TechRadar’s overall navigation experience was much better, although a fabric sofa valance blocked entry until raised. These observations do not establish one common cause, but they make a complete furniture-clearance trial more useful than relying on body height alone.
[1][2]Tiny objects still need clearing
TechRadar avoided its usual cable and remote but ran over a small bottle and lighter. Its reviewer also noted louder high-power cleaning. We would expect substantial help with routine cleaning while keeping small loose objects off the floor and choosing schedules around the noise.
[1]How we weigh the owner complaint
The negative report is one identified household, and replies include people discussing other Dreame models. Those comments are not counted as more X60 Pro failures. Our reading is to consider this model for its cleaning reach and automation, while treating reliable access around your actual furniture as an unresolved purchase-specific check.
[2]This is the X60 Pro Ultra Complete. US X60 Max Ultra Complete test results are not interchangeable; the owner thread is anecdotal, not a failure-rate survey.
