Vacuum Wars found above-average dried-stain removal with little water left behind. Crucially, those results were obtained without the new pre-spray jets. TechRadar also liked the roller mop but was unconvinced by the spray feature. The established strength is the washing system; the jets are not yet the best-supported reason to choose it.

Vacuum Wars recorded excellent surface pickup and particularly strong carpet hair removal, without long-hair tangles in its test. TechRadar’s unit was disappointing at hard-floor vacuuming. Vacuum Wars also found weaker results for embedded carpet dirt and crevices. These observations distinguish loose debris and hair from deeper dirt rather than producing a single universal cleaning verdict.

Both reviewers praised obstacle handling. TechRadar nevertheless found navigation inconsistent, while Vacuum Wars measured a slightly slower-than-average cleaning pace. Its relatively tall body and small onboard bin add practical limits: check furniture clearance, and expect dock visits during demanding hair-heavy runs.

TechRadar particularly valued emptying a reusable cyclone container instead of continually replacing dust bags. That removes one recurring consumable, rather than all maintenance. It is a useful distinction for owners whose pets quickly fill bags, provided they are comfortable handling the container and maintaining the water system.
