RTINGS found very good bare-floor collection and useful edge coverage, but much more fine debris left in carpet. Pet-hair cleaning was reasonable rather than exceptional. There is no mop, so stains and muddy footprints remain a separate job even though the E20 can perform several kinds of dry vacuuming.

Vacuum Wars noted that the floorhead could not attach directly to the handheld unit, and the crevice tool could not be used at the end of the wand. It also found no convenient dock storage for the stick parts. These details matter for stairs, high shelves and small homes: three operating modes do not mean every attachment combination is available.

RTINGS rated object avoidance positively, whereas Vacuum Wars avoided only nine of 24 objects in its own course. We would retain that disagreement rather than describe the E20 as reliably clutter-proof. Pre-cleaning cables and small items remains a sensible part of a scheduled routine.

RTINGS reported strong runtime and fast charging, while Vacuum Wars found less impressive efficiency across power settings and a fixed floor plan. These measure different aspects of operation. The safest interpretation is a versatile maintenance cleaner whose suitability for large carpeted homes is less certain than its usefulness on everyday hard floors.
