RTINGS found strong bare-floor pickup, including material near walls. Carpet results were only moderate, although Vacuum Wars obtained a good flattened-hair result in its test. This makes the C20 more convincing for routine hard-floor cleaning than for a blanket recommendation to all pet-owning carpet households.

Vacuum Wars achieved favourable dried-stain and water-residue results. RTINGS found much weaker stain removal and highlighted the absence of an onboard water reservoir: pads depend on being rewetted at the dock. We would not conceal that disagreement. A short patch test and keeping a larger floor evenly damp are different demands.

RTINGS found poor handling of power cords and confirms there is no dedicated obstacle avoidance. App maps and no-go areas are useful but do not turn a stray sock or charging cable into something the robot will reliably recognise. A cluttered family room will require more preparation than an open kitchen.

Vacuum Wars found limited coverage per charge, frequent servicing returns and substantial long-hair tangling despite the detangling feature. It did like reliable emptying and the removable wash tray. Our reading is a value-oriented cleaner for someone happy with smaller scheduled areas and regular brush checks, rather than maximum independence across a large house.
