A premium wire-free mower with excellent cut quality and convincing AI obstacle avoidance, provided your garden has reliable satellite visibility. Dense tree cover is the main reason to look elsewhere.
Independent testing praises the build quality, edge cutting, stable movement, easy app-based zones and obstacle detection that avoided getting stuck during testing.
Satellite reception can be sensitive under dense tree cover, the app feels dated and the charging station can feel less premium than the mower itself.

What reviewers found
A three-month test found exceptionally little need for intervention and a tidy finish, including the edges. The important reservations were satellite reception under thicker foliage, steep ground and an app that felt less polished than the hardware.
Cutting and obstacle handling
DigiNytt tested two properties, including an approximately 800m² site, and reported no manual rescues or boundary escapes during the trial. Deliberately placed toys, a frisbee and a hose tested the camera system, which the reviewer found effective. EdgeCut also left a closer finish than other mowers they had tested.

Reception became more troublesome as tree canopies thickened through summer. The reviewer also found genuinely steep sections challenging. Those limitations sit alongside the positive reliability result: a mostly open, moderately sloping lawn is better supported by this test than a densely wooded or sharply banked property.

The app allowed convenient boundary edits, separate zone settings and remote main-deck height changes. However, the reviewer found the interface dated, and the edge-cutting height remained fixed. The cloud-based test did not use an optional local reference station.
