Connect was pleased with hair and dust removal from its living-room carpet. TechRadar found its thicker rug remained inadequately cleaned even after automatic suction boosting. The latter also observed wet mop contact at carpet edges. Those accounts support a stronger recommendation for mainly hard floors than for demanding deep-pile cleaning.

TechRadar’s unit caught and dragged cables, including a power-strip lead connected to equipment. It behaved much better after cables were cleared. Connect found generally satisfactory avoidance but some difficulty around chair legs. The practical distinction is between navigating furniture and safely recognising every small object on the floor.

Connect found everyday marks easier than thick sauce or dried residue, which remained after repeat mopping. Both reviews liked the compact station; automatic pad washing and drying reduce handling, but there is no automatic detergent dispenser. Water tanks, the dust bag and the wash area still need attention.

TechRadar found setup and room mapping straightforward, followed by a troublesome initial update and an awkward multi-room selection workflow. Connect also wanted better mapping. Basic cleaning schedules are well supported, but the software experience is less polished than the convenient hardware might suggest.
