Frandroid was broadly enthusiastic about the cleaning result. Les Numériques found mopping less effective despite the rotating pads. Keep that difference visible: the S20+ can offer a convenient wipe during regular cleans without proving it will remove every dried kitchen mark. You also wash the pads yourself afterwards.

Les Numériques liked carpet management and found it rarely became stuck, but small-object detection was weak. Loose cables and little items could be moved around the home instead of neatly avoided. A generally orderly room is a better fit than expecting the robot to sort its way through floor-level clutter.

Les Numériques noted frequent bin emptying and a filter that accumulated dirt quickly. Frandroid found the robot straightforward to use but considered the app less polished. Our reading is that the S20+ makes sense when a low price and small base matter more than automated upkeep. Its plus sign does not mean the dock empties dust or washes mops.
