Beatbot Sora 70
A strong all-in-one cordless option if you want floor, wall and surface cleaning in one machine. It is easier to live with than many rivals, but floor cleaning is not Beatbot's best and the price is still high.
Owners praise easy cleanup, long useful runtimes, surface skimming and responsive customer service when hardware problems occur.
Independent testing finds floor cleaning weaker than Beatbot's more expensive models, the robot moves slowly and some owners have needed replacement units for charging or sensor failures.

What reviewers found
PCWorld found the Sora 70 easy to empty and capable of useful all-area cleaning, but slower and less consistently thorough than hoped. The selected mode and the type of floating debris made a noticeable difference.
Choose the cleaning mode carefully
In PCWorld’s test, the combined mode left some floor debris, especially corner leaves. A dedicated floor-and-wall run collected substantially more but needed a long session. Its usefulness depends partly on allowing enough time for the area that matters most.

The reviewer saw good collection of thick floating leaves. Lighter petals and synthetic leaves were more often pushed underwater by the jets. Having a skimming function therefore does not establish equal results on every kind of garden debris.

The open basket was particularly easy to remove and rinse. Surface parking eased collection, while the charging connection avoided fiddly screw-on covers. These everyday conveniences were clearer strengths than outright cleaning speed.

A firmware update improved an initially short running session in the test. App contact required the robot to be at the surface or out of the pool. This remains one test, not evidence of long-term reliability.
