Vacuum Wars found strong debris pickup across surfaces, including a good result on its flattened pet-hair challenge and little wrapping in its long-hair test. Les Numériques was more measured but still found satisfactory vacuuming. Neither result means the robot will eliminate occasional manual carpet and edge cleaning.

The station collects dust in a reusable container rather than disposable bags. Les Numériques liked its compact footprint and reduced bag expense, while distinguishing quiet vacuuming from the noticeably louder emptying cycle. The trade-off is that someone still has to empty and clean that container; it is not a sealed bag that can simply be discarded.

Vacuum Wars obtained efficient mapping and coverage in its test floor plan. Les Numériques found more erratic behaviour, particularly after furniture moved, and described objects being pushed or ingested. Both accounts support clearing tangling hazards; app exclusion zones can help fence off recurrent trouble spots.

The N20 Plus uses a fixed pad that neither vibrates nor lifts. Vacuum Wars found light wiping useful but below-average dried-stain performance in its comparison set, and manual pad removal was needed before carpet vacuuming. Buyers wanting frequent automated floor washing should understand that the dust station does not wash or dry this pad.
