What owners and reviewers say
Owners describe very quick setup and useful automatic mowing, but a longer account shows how a faulty cutting-height mechanism can turn that experience into repeated overheating and poor coverage. In that case, a replacement markedly improved performance.
The easy start
One E15 owner reported roughly ten minutes from unpacking to readiness, successful automatic mapping and no missed areas after a full cycle. Their mower avoided toys and stayed inside no-go boundaries next to a neighbour’s lawn. It is a three-day impression, so it supports convenience more strongly than durability.
[1]A fault with a practical consequence
A longer-term owner reported excessive blade wear, overheating and slow coverage. After winter, the mower dug into the ground despite a high cutting setting. They say support confirmed that the deck was failing to reach its requested height. This is a specific diagnosed unit, not evidence that overheating is normal for the E15.

The same owner found the return straightforward apart from transporting the heavy parcel. The replacement finished much faster without overheating, but mapping again was time-consuming around dog-dug holes. That account provides a useful positive support outcome as well as a reminder that replacement can mean redoing setup.

The strongest shared benefit is reduced everyday mowing work when the unit and map behave correctly. The evidence does not establish the proportion of defective units or performance on every lawn shape. E18-specific scheduling complaints in the early thread are excluded from this E15 assessment.
