Vacuum Wars measured strong carpet dirt and flattened-hair pickup, with no wrapped hair in its long-hair test. TechGearLab also singled out pet-hair collection and resistance to tangles. This agreement is useful for shedding homes, although neither test guarantees identical results with every carpet or type of fur.

Vacuum Wars found good wet-spill handling and slightly above-average dried-stain performance. TechGearLab was less impressed: lighter marks cleaned up, but a dried coffee stain and some fine grit remained. Its continuously rinsed roller helps manage dirty water, yet that design alone does not establish deep-cleaning performance. The roller also cannot extend sideways to reach right up to a wall.

TechGearLab usually needed little intervention and found useful recognition of cords and shoes, but reported chewed rug edges, missed corners and awkward movement in tight spaces. Vacuum Wars found efficient coverage and adequate app controls, while noting fewer advanced options than some rivals. In practice, inspect lightweight rugs and confined chair arrangements during the first runs.

One E25 owner described three units with mop-deployment problems or fur clumps left on carpet, followed by a refund after months of exchanges. That account conflicts with the strong controlled hair tests and should remain an individual experience, not a failure-rate estimate. It is useful evidence about possible support effort, especially because the owner eventually received a refund.
