E40 Ultra
A budget MOVA vacuum and mop with a full dock that empties the bin and washes and dries the pads. It pulls grit out of carpet well and runs for ages, but it's poor at spotting clutter.
The short version
The E40 Ultra is one of MOVA's cheaper robots with a do-everything dock. It maps with a laser turret, vacuums with a single rubber brush, mops with two spinning pads, one of which reaches out towards skirting boards, and lifts the pads 10.5mm on rugs. The dock empties the bin into a bag, refills the robot and washes and dries the pads. On paper it has more suction than the P10 Pro Ultra, which sits alongside it at a similar price.
The trade-off is what MOVA left out to hit the price. There's no camera, only a simple laser for obstacles, the dock washes the pads in cold water and has no detergent tank, and long hair tangles the brush. Both testers say the P10 Pro Ultra is the better robot when the two cost about the same.
Our take: Buy it only on a good discount, for a tidy home where carpets matter more than mopping and you want long runs between charges. If the MOVA P10 Pro Ultra costs about the same, get that instead: it dodges clutter far better, handles hair better and washes its mops in hot water. If your floors are cluttered, the E40 isn't the one.

What reviewers found
Two tests, and they agree. Vacuum Wars bought it and ran it through its standard tests side by side with the MOVA P10 Pro Ultra; Just A Dad Approved used it at home for about three months. Both found it a capable budget robot with an easy app and good battery life, but weak at dodging small clutter and prone to hair tangles. Both recommend the P10 Pro Ultra instead at a similar price.

Poor at spotting small clutter
This is the biggest gap. Vacuum Wars saw it avoid only 5 of 24 objects, against an average of 17, where the P10 Pro Ultra managed 19. Just A Dad Approved found its simple laser handled larger objects but wasn't sharp around small clutter. MOVA's own page only promises that the laser helps it steer round objects and cut down collisions. Pick up cables, socks and anything a pet leaves before each run.
Strong on carpet grit, weak with hair
Vacuum Wars measured 88% of sand removed from carpet, above the 77% average and better than the P10 Pro Ultra. Its measured suction was below average, though, and it lifted only 47% of flattened pet hair, with 44% of long hair wrapped round the brush. Just A Dad Approved rated carpet cleaning and tangling 6.5 out of 10 and suggests MOVA's hair-cutting brush upgrade. Fine for dusty rugs; not the pick for a shedding pet.
Mopping reaches edges but is light
The extending pad is the standout for Just A Dad Approved, who found it cleans closer to skirting boards than most robots at the price, and rated mopping 7 out of 10. Vacuum Wars found the extending pads worked well, but stain removal scored 50 against an average of 112, while using little water. Both note the pads lift about 10.5mm on rugs. Expect tidy edges and light wiping, not a scrub of dried-on marks.
Long runs, simpler dock
Vacuum Wars found battery life excellent, at about 1,600 sq ft per charge against an average of about 1,100, though its routes were slightly slower than average. The dock is where MOVA saved money: Just A Dad Approved and Vacuum Wars both say it washes the pads in cold water, and Just A Dad Approved notes there's no detergent tank. MOVA says the dock dries with hot air, and Just A Dad Approved agrees, while Vacuum Wars contrasts its drying with the P10's hot air.

Can it leave the mops in the dock for carpet?
No. It lifts the pads 10.5mm when it detects carpet and boosts suction, per the specifications, and Vacuum Wars confirms the lift. That's fine for low rugs, but deep pile may still brush the damp pads.
How often do I have to empty or refill anything?
MOVA claims up to 75 days per 3.2-litre dust bag, with 4.5-litre clean and 4-litre dirty water tanks in the dock, per the specifications. Just A Dad Approved notes there's no detergent tank, so add floor cleaner yourself if you want it.
Does it fit under low furniture?
It's 9.7cm tall with a laser turret on top, per the specifications. That's average for a robot with a turret, but taller than slim models. Neither tester measured clearance, so check the gap under your sofa.
How big is the dock, and is it loud?
The dock is 34 × 45.7 × 59cm, per the specifications, so it's tall. Neither Vacuum Wars nor Just A Dad Approved measured noise, so there's no independent figure for emptying or drying yet.

Our verdict: Get the P10 Pro Ultra. In Vacuum Wars' side-by-side tests it avoided 19 of 24 objects to the E40's 5, tangled far less hair, removed more stains and covered more floor per charge. The E40 only won on deep-carpet grit, plus MOVA's claim of faster charging, and the P10 usually costs the same or less.
