Aiper Scuba X1 Pro
A capable cordless cleaner with better filtration and navigation than Aiper's cheaper models, but owner evidence is still thinner than for the older S1. We would choose it when fine debris and larger pools justify the premium.

What the evidence shows
The X1 Pro is a distinct middle model: its official features focus on submerged cleaning and filtration, while the Pro Max adds capabilities that should not be assumed here. Exact-model owner evidence remains limited in the sources checked.
Coverage without surface skimming
Aiper lists floor, wall and waterline modes for the X1 Pro. Reviews of the larger X1 Pro Max’s floating-leaf collection do not establish performance for this model. The practical attraction is choosing specific submerged areas to clean.

The official guidance distinguishes the normal basket for heavier debris from the fine MicroMesh layer for smaller particles. It recommends rinsing the fine layer after use and occasional replacement. That ongoing work belongs in the buying decision alongside the charging dock.

Aiper lists HydroComm Pro separately for underwater communication and waterline retrieval. The presence of an app alone does not prove those functions are included in every retailer bundle. The reviewed sources do not establish long-term cleaning or repair satisfaction for the exact X1 Pro.
