Tech Advisor found the extending mop reached close to obstacles and left very little unmopped margin. TechRadar also praised the overall result across wooden, tiled and carpeted floors. This is a more useful strength than the original flagship positioning: if dust and marks collect around chair legs, access and edge coverage can matter as much as the centre of the room.

Tech Advisor highlighted automatic mop separation. Leaving the pads at the station can be more convenient than removing them yourself when vacuuming carpets. It also makes the L20’s appeal different from robots that only lift their pads. Check that your planned cleaning routine actually uses that benefit before choosing a large combined vacuum-and-mop system.

TechRadar found obstacle recognition inconsistent and some advanced features took time to learn. Good cleaning therefore did not mean a completely predictable unattended appliance. A clear floor and a few supervised runs remain worthwhile, especially around loose items. The advantage is reduced routine cleaning work, with some setup effort in exchange.

Tech Advisor’s main practical cautions were station size and occasional noise. TechRadar was positive about battery life and reduced manual work. Our reading is that the L20 remains interesting when its current price reflects its age and there is a sensible place for the dock. Its Complete version adds accessories; that package difference should not be mistaken for a different cleaning result.
