A mature premium mower with strong dealer support and good edge cutting. It makes most sense for buyers who value proven servicing and are happy to pay for professional setup.
Owners consistently value reliable mowing, EdgeCut and access to local Husqvarna dealers for installation and service.
The NERA positioning system still depends on good satellite conditions, and the total ownership cost is high once installation and servicing are included.

What reviewers found
A manufacturer-installed test found attractive lawn results and effective edge cutting. The main shortcoming was basic obstacle handling, with a smaller software-map issue also interrupting otherwise capable mowing.
The cut and border finish
PC-WELT’s version of its sister publication M3’s test describes several weeks of good cutting without conspicuous tracks. Variable passage routes helped avoid repeated wheel lines, while the second cutting disc left little grass behind at accessible boundaries.

The 310E relied on physical contact rather than radar to respond to obstacles. It ran over several small test objects. The reviewer therefore still needed to watch for dog toys on the lawn; the premium price did not buy comprehensive object recognition.
[1]Installation and the map
Husqvarna installed the tested EPOS system and helped map the property. A portion of the working area later disappeared from the map and needed an app correction, which was straightforward. This favourable test should therefore be read as a professionally configured installation with one recoverable software fault, not evidence that setup never needs attention.
