Which Shark robot vacuum should you buy?
Shark is the household name in British floorcare, and its robots are the ones people ask about after buying a Shark upright. Two things to know before comparing: Shark quotes suction in air watts rather than Pascals, so its numbers cannot be lined up against Roborock's or Dreame's, and its current range is narrow — two models, both PowerDetect, one heated.

The one two UK outlets have actually tested — Tech Advisor and Trusted Reviews both reviewed it. A 60-day self-empty base, a pad that lifts away on carpet, 110 minutes of runtime. £829.99, which is £245 more than the ThermaCharged for a machine that runs for less time.

ThermaCharged
The heated version — it washes at 85°C and dries at 80°C rather than using ambient air. Confusingly, it is the cheaper of the two here.
Air watts, not Pascals
Shark publishes suction in watts or air watts and not in Pa, so our suction column is blank for both. That is Shark's choice of unit, not missing research.

Questions people ask about Shark
Which Shark robot vacuum is the best?
The ThermaCharged PowerDetect at £584.99 for most homes: the hottest dock in this price range and 180 minutes of runtime. The NeverTouch Pro at £829.99 is the one with published UK reviews behind it.
Why is there no suction figure for Shark robots?
Because Shark does not publish one in Pascals, the unit every other brand here uses. We leave the cell blank rather than convert between units that are not equivalent.
Are Shark robots as good as Roborock or Dreame?
On published evidence they are less documented: two models, three reviews between them, and no numeric score we could quote. That is not the same as being worse — it is less to go on.
Does the heated dock matter?
It is the difference between pads that smell after a fortnight and pads that do not. At 85°C Shark washes hotter than most rivals, which is why the cheaper model is our pick.
