eufy E15 vs C15 robot lawn mower

Our verdict

Buy the C15 if your lawn is under 500m² and reasonably flat — it is £500 cheaper, in stock, and has the most completely verified specification of any mower we researched. Step up to the E15 for a bigger lawn, steeper ground or a wider cut: 800m², 40% slopes, 203mm blades, and four outlets have reviewed it including a T3 Platinum Award.

Where they actually differ

The differences that change the decision, not every line on the spec sheet.

01

Lawn size: 800m² against 500m²

The published ratings are the honest dividing line. A mower at its rated limit runs most of the day; buy for your lawn plus a margin rather than exactly to the number.

02

Slope: 40% against 32.5%

Measure your steepest run before choosing. The gap is small on paper and decisive on a bank — if any part of your lawn is near 30%, the E15 is the safer machine.

03

Cut: 203mm against 180mm

A wider cut means fewer passes, which compounds on a larger lawn. The E15 also cuts taller (25–75mm against the C15's 20–60mm), useful if you keep the grass long in summer.

04

Reviews: four against one

The E15 is the most reviewed robot mower in our research — TechRadar Recommended, a T3 Platinum Award, Tom's Guide and Trusted Reviews. Note that the same reviewer wrote both the TechRadar and T3 pieces, so they are not fully independent. The C15 has an Expert Reviews Recommended badge and nothing else credible.

05

Navigation: identical approach

Both navigate on cameras with no boundary wire and no RTK base station, which means both need Wi-Fi or 4G coverage across the whole lawn. Neither is the right answer for a garden with no signal at the far end.

Questions people ask

What is the difference between the eufy E15 and C15?

Capacity, not technology. Both use the same camera navigation with no wire and no base station. The E15 covers 800m² with a 203mm cut on 40% slopes; the C15 covers 500m² with a 180mm cut on 32.5% slopes.

Do either need a perimeter wire?

No. Neither needs a boundary wire or an RTK station. Both do need Wi-Fi or 4G coverage across the lawn, because they navigate on cameras.

Is the E15 worth £500 more?

If your lawn is bigger than 500m², steeper than about 30%, or you want the reviews, yes. On a small flat lawn you are paying for capacity you will not use.
