EON 100
Dolphin's cheaper cordless robot for pools up to 15 metres. Testers found it cleans floors and the waterline well and never got stuck, but it's heavy to lift out and gives steps only a quick pass.

The short version
The EON 100 is the entry point to Dolphin's cordless EON line, launched in January 2026. It's the EON 120d without the self-cleaning filter, so you get the same body, the same jets that help it climb steps and the same reach onto ledges as shallow as 20cm, but a plain top-loading basket you rinse yourself. It sits alongside Dolphin's cordless Liberty robots rather than replacing one.
The trade-off is what's missing. There's no charging dock, the button that calls it to the edge costs extra, and at 10kg it's a heavy lift out of the deep end. It's sold as the Nautilus EON 100 in shops and online and as the EON 100 through pool dealers, with a longer warranty on the dealer version.
Our take: Buy it if your pool has steps, a sun shelf or awkward curves and you want to stop dragging a cable around. Plan to lift it out by hand, or buy the retrieval button. If your pool is a plain rectangle and you'd like a robot that finds debris by camera, look at the Aiper Scuba V3. If fine dust is your main problem, the EON 120d's sealed self-cleaning filter is the step up.
What reviewers found
No English-language test yet. Three French reviewers ran it in their own pools: Meilleure Innovation in a lined pool with three narrow steps and a curved ledge, Mon Robot Piscine in an in-ground pool just under 10 metres long, and GohanBlog over several weeks. All three liked the floor cleaning and the easy filter. They split on steps and awkward shapes, and on how methodical the navigation is. Only Meilleure Innovation measured the battery.

Strong on floors, weaker on fine dust
Meilleure Innovation saw it pick up every pebble in its test, plus leaves, insects and dog hair. GohanBlog said it collected leaves, small debris and fine dust alike. Both French testers who looked closely at the finest dirt found limits, though. Meilleure Innovation said the 70-micron basket catches visible and semi-fine dirt but not dust suspended in the water, and Mon Robot Piscine found a little very fine material, like pollen, stayed behind. If pollen or building dust is your problem, this basket won't clear it all.
Steps split the reviewers
Meilleure Innovation found it climbs steps but cleans them quickly, without the patient back-and-forth they wanted. It also moved sideways like a crab along a curved safety ledge to follow it. Mon Robot Piscine called it less at ease on steps and complicated pool shapes. GohanBlog raised no complaints. The pool shape probably explains some of that, so if your steps collect the most dirt, expect to brush them yourself now and then.
Never stuck, but the route looks random
Meilleure Innovation reported no jams and no need to rescue it at any point in testing. Its maze mode moved with no visible logic, though, and the line-by-line mode was more methodical. GohanBlog felt the mapping understood the pool's layout and adapted its route. Mon Robot Piscine found the map in the app basic. For you, that means good coverage without babysitting, even if its path looks odd from the poolside.
Battery holds up, charging is fiddly
Meilleure Innovation got 2 hours 49 minutes from a battery charged to about 75%, and a full recharge took just over two hours. GohanBlog managed several cleaning cycles before it needed charging again. Both found the charging plug a weak point. GohanBlog said positioning the cable took some getting used to, and Meilleure Innovation noted you have to charge it dry and remember to refit the protective cap.
Getting it out is the chore
There's no dock, and the Click-Up button that calls it to the surface is sold separately. Meilleure Innovation found the 10kg robot heavier than many rivals once it's full of water, though the arched handle helps. Mon Robot Piscine said retrieval without the Click-Up isn't comfortable, especially in a deeper pool. Budget for the button if your deep end is out of arm's reach.

Yes. It climbs walls and scrubs the waterline with a brush, per the specifications. Meilleure Innovation found the brushing lifted most of the grime there, and GohanBlog said it cleared dirt along the waterline. Mon Robot Piscine found it helps with a thin greasy or limescale line but doesn't replace a wipe with a sponge now and then.
Is it cordless, and how long does a charge last?

The Maytronics One app handles schedules, cleaning modes and alerts, per the specifications. GohanBlog started out sceptical and quickly changed their mind. Mon Robot Piscine found it handy for starting cycles and checking the battery, though far from advanced, and Meilleure Innovation missed a precise battery percentage.
