Two detailed lab tests, and they don't agree. testen mit Kopf in Germany rated it 97.44%, with near-perfect hard-floor pickup, strong carpet results and very good stain removal. Les Numériques in France gave it 3 out of 5: good on thin carpet, weak on thick carpet, and disappointing at mopping. Both liked the dock and found it handled thresholds well. The labs used different methods, stains and floors, so its mopping is unproven rather than excellent.

Mopping: the two labs split
testen mit Kopf found dried coffee and juice stains and shoe prints came up almost completely, with only a faint film on a white cloth afterwards. The robot slowed down over dirty patches and went back to the dock twice to wash its track mid-clean. Les Numériques saw the opposite: it removed only 60% of sugar and grease marks and about 20% of tougher stains like lipstick, and sometimes spread dirt around. Longer runs with mid-clean washes may explain some of the gap. Don't buy it expecting a guaranteed stain remover.
Strong on hard floors and thin carpet
From hard floor, testen mit Kopf measured 99.2% of a coffee bean, linseed and sand mix picked up, with 97.3% from short-pile carpet and 92.3% from dense high-pile. Hair didn't wrap round the brushes at all. Les Numériques recorded 90.3% on hard floor in standard mode and up to 98.4% on thin carpet, but only 61.4% to 64.4% on thick carpet. If your rugs are thick, plan on a proper vacuum now and then.
Climbs thresholds, handles small objects
testen mit Kopf watched it clear 5cm single steps and 6cm double thresholds reliably. On its obstacle course it spotted cables and socks early and only nudged a pair of shoes. Les Numériques also found it crossed door sills and small steps without trouble, but saw the robot hesitate or get stuck on thin, light rugs and struggle around curtains, so loose rugs may need a non-slip underlay.
A helpful but noisy dock
Les Numériques found the dock took care of almost all routine maintenance, with easy-to-reach tanks and bag, but measured a 75dB peak when it empties the bin, loud enough to disturb a nap. A full recharge took 214 minutes, and the robot's small onboard bin, with its many corners, was fiddly to clean by hand. testen mit Kopf suggests putting the dock where the drying noise after each mop wash won't bother you.

Should you buy the Aqua10 Ultra Track Complete?
Best for: Homes with raised door thresholds and low furniture. Skip it if: Dried kitchen stains are your main cleaning problem.
It suits hard floors, raised doorway thresholds and low furniture. If stains are the main job, several testers rate the Aqua10 Ultra Roller's mopping as the best they've seen, and for thick carpet the Dreame L20 Ultra has pads that detach.
The Aqua10 Ultra Track Complete uses a flat belt mop rather than a roller or spinning pads. Warm fresh water is sprayed on and dirty water sucked back up as it wipes. Dreame says its wheels lift the body to climb single steps and doorway thresholds with two rises, and the sensor on top drops so it fits under low furniture. The dock empties the bin and washes the belt in hot water and dries it.

The questions people ask about this one
Can it leave the mop in the dock for carpet?
No. The track mop is built in, so on carpet it only lifts by up to 7mm, according to the specifications. testen mit Kopf flags this as a difference from pad robots that drop their mops at the dock. Thick rugs may still get damp, so set them as no-mop zones.
Does it fit under low furniture?
Quite well. The turret sinks down, so testen mit Kopf measured it at 9.75cm and found it fits under furniture with about 9.8cm of clearance. That's low for a roller or track-mop robot, though some slimmer pad robots go lower.
Can it cross rugs and raised thresholds between rooms?
Doorway thresholds are a strength: testen mit Kopf saw it cross 5cm steps and 6cm double thresholds reliably. Light rugs are less certain, as Les Numériques found it hesitated or got stuck on thin, loose rugs and struggled on thick carpet.
How big is the dock, and is it loud?
The dock is 42 by 44cm and 50cm tall, per the specifications. Les Numériques measured the robot at 55dB in standard mode and 66dB on Max, but the dock peaked at 75dB while emptying the bin. Don't schedule it during naps or late in the evening.
How often do I have to empty or refill anything?
Dreame claims the dock's 3.2-litre bag lasts up to 100 days, and it holds 4 litres of clean water and 3.5 litres of dirty water, per the specifications. Les Numériques found the dock cut daily chores a lot. An optional kit, sold separately, connects it to your plumbing.
