Omni E35
3 independent reviewsRead the findings →eufy's new top E-series robot vacuum, with a self-rinsing roller mop and a compact washing dock. It's superb on carpet, edges and pet hair. Dried-on stains are its weak spot, and it's too tall for low furniture.

What reviewers found
Three home tests so far. TechRadar lived with it for a month, Trusted Reviews ran it through its lab tests, and T3 tested a pre-release unit. All three rate the vacuuming highly, and TechRadar and Trusted Reviews both found obstacle avoidance very good. Those two also found dried-on stains the weak spot, needing extra water or a pre-spray. Trusted Reviews adds that the tall body and uncovered roller limit it in homes with low furniture or deep carpet.

Hard floors
Reviewers rate it highlyTrusted Reviews cleared its hard-floor test within two passes and rated edge cleaning as good as any flagship, T3 couldn't fault it on laminate, and TechRadar found it cleans right into the corners of every room.
Carpet and rugs
Reviewers rate it highlyTrusted Reviews found it vacuumed carpet brilliantly bar a couple of small patches, and TechRadar got a flawless result on Max power with two passes, though quieter modes left crumbs. The uncovered roller can dampen deeper pile, Trusted Reviews warns.
Pet hair
Reviewers rate it highlyTrusted Reviews found it picked up human hair with none wrapped round the brush, and after weeks of use TechRadar found the roller still free from tangled hair. Neither ran a dedicated pet-hair test on carpet.
Mopping
Reviewers rate it highlyT3 found it tackled sticky stains easily, and TechRadar rated the self-cleaning roller highly. Dried-on marks are the exception: Trusted Reviews had to pre-spray dried ketchup, and TechRadar needed full water flow to lift it.
Navigation and obstacles
Reviewers rate it highlyTrusted Reviews found it avoided shoes, socks, cables and pet mess without getting stuck, and TechRadar saw it steer round a shoe, sock and cable. TechRadar did have it climb onto a low stand and invent a room on its first map.
Dock and upkeep
Reviewers rate it highlyTechRadar found the compact dock made cleaning truly hands-off, washing the roller in hot water and drying it, and T3 found upkeep low. Trusted Reviews liked the refillable detergent tank; TechRadar advises emptying dirty water often before it smells.
App and software
Mixed resultsTechRadar found eufy's app works very well with the right amount of customisation, and T3 rated it excellent if a bit fiddly. Trusted Reviews found it easy to use but less flexible than rivals, with no mop-only mode and furniture you can't select.
Noise
Not enough evidenceOnly TechRadar measured it, recording 60 to 67dB while vacuuming depending on power, and 85dB from the dock while emptying the bin.
Reliability and support
Not enough evidenceNone of the reviews we use has run it long-term or judged eufy's support yet, and TechRadar's month of use is the longest test so far.
Value
Not enough evidenceOnly TechRadar clearly judged value, finding its cleaning justified the four-figure price. Trusted Reviews framed it as a set of compromises against the Roborock Qrevo Edge 2 Flow rather than a verdict on price.
Verdicts come from independent, hands-on, finished reviews. An area needs at least two of them before we say more than “Not enough evidence”. We don't score robots ourselves. How this works
Excellent vacuuming, carpet included
TechRadar got a flawless carpet result using Max power, deep intensity and two passes, though quieter modes left crumb tracks, and oats on carpet went in one light pass. Trusted Reviews found carpet vacuumed brilliantly bar a couple of small missed patches. It also cleared the hard-floor test within two passes and picked up human hair with none wrapped round the brush. T3 found plenty of suction for hard floors and thought it coped quite well with rugs.
Right into the edges
Trusted Reviews rated its edge cleaning as good as any flagship it has tested, if not better, leaving only a trace of flour by the kitchen plinth. T3 found the wide roller reached right up to skirting boards, and TechRadar said it cleans into the corners of every room. If dusty edges bother you, this is one of its clearest strengths.
Good mopping, but dried stains resist
Trusted Reviews cleared a dried coffee stain and a mud stain within two passes, but dried ketchup stayed put even in deep-mop mode until it pre-sprayed the floor with cleaner. TechRadar only got the same stain up after turning the water flow to full. T3 found it handled sticky marks well. Routine mopping should look after itself, but give stubborn spills some help.
Sees small things well
Trusted Reviews found it avoided shoes, socks, pet mess and cables without getting stuck. TechRadar saw it steer neatly round a shoe, sock and USB cable, but it sometimes drove up onto a record stand about an inch off the floor. So it's good at spotting small objects on the floor, and less good with low ledges it can climb onto.
Tall body, no mop-only mode
Trusted Reviews found the fixed turret means it will struggle under some sofas and sideboards. It also noted the roller can only lift, not be covered, so deeper carpet may get damp. Both TechRadar and Trusted Reviews missed having a mop-only mode. TechRadar also had to redo its first map after the robot invented a room, though the second map stayed accurate for the rest of the month.
Our take
Should you buy the Omni E35?
Best for: Homes with mostly hard floors and a few rugs. Skip it if: You have thick carpets, low sofas or lots of dried spills.
a strong pick for a mix of hard floors and short-pile rugs, especially if edges and pet hair are your main complaints. With deep carpet, a low sofa or lots of dried-on spills, the Roborock Qrevo Edge 2 Flow is lower and covers its roller, and the Omni S2 is the eufy to stretch to.
The Omni E35 is the new top of eufy's E series, below the Omni S2. It keeps the roller mop that rinses itself as it goes, with a wide roller that slides out to the skirting board, and claims more suction than the S2. The dock empties the bin, refills the water, and washes the roller in hot water and dries it. It's 11.6cm tall with a raised sensor that cannot lower, there's no mop-only mode, and the roller can't be covered for carpet.
All three tests rate the vacuuming highly. Trusted Reviews picked up human hair with none wrapped round the brush, and after a month TechRadar's roller was still free of tangles. Dried-on stains are the weak spot. Trusted Reviews had to pre-spray dried ketchup before it would lift, and TechRadar needed full water flow. Before you buy
The questions people ask about this one
Will it avoid cables and pet mess?
Mostly, in testing. Trusted Reviews found it avoided shoes, socks, pet mess and cables, and TechRadar saw it dodge a USB cable. eufy claims it recognises over 280 objects, per the specifications. In one home it did climb onto a low stand.
Does it fit under low furniture?
Check first. TechRadar gives its height as 11.6cm, taller than the Omni S2, and Trusted Reviews warns the fixed turret will stop it getting under some sofas and sideboards. It did fit under all the furniture in TechRadar's home, so measure your own gaps.
Can it leave the mop in the dock for carpet?
No. Trusted Reviews found the roller lifts for short-pile carpet but can't be covered, so deeper carpet risks getting wet. For homes with lots of thick rugs, it points to a rival that shields its roller instead.
How big is the dock, and is it loud?
It's compact for a full washing dock, at about 40cm tall according to TechRadar. It holds 2.5 litres of clean and 2.4 litres of dirty water, per Trusted Reviews. TechRadar measured the robot at 60 to 67 decibels while vacuuming, depending on power.
How often do I have to empty or refill it?
eufy claims up to 60 days hands-free, per the specifications. Trusted Reviews says the dust bag should last around 75 days, and you can refill the detergent tank with your own cleaner. TechRadar advises emptying the dirty tank often, before it starts to smell.
Alternatives
Other robot vacuums to compare.

Qrevo Edge 2 Flow
Why consider it: A promising roller-mop robot for mixed floors, with positive early home testing.
The compromise: Debris was left at rug edges, and the reviewed app had no mop-only mode.

Omni S2
Why consider it: Strong carpet and hair pickup, and it avoided every object on Vacuum Wars' course.
The compromise: Its mopping results are unusually divided, and one long-term reviewer's unit had to be replaced.

Omni E28
Why consider it: A roller-mop robot whose dock hides a detachable cleaner for fabric and one-off spills.
The compromise: Its robot cleaning varied a lot between tests, especially on carpet and embedded pet hair.
