RTINGS found very thorough bare-floor pickup. TechRadar was similarly enthusiastic about cleaning and edge coverage. A roller continually rinsed with fresh water is useful for maintaining larger hard-floor areas, although the design itself is not proof that every dried mark will disappear on the first pass.

TechRadar was impressed even on dirty medium-pile carpet. RTINGS found fine debris and pet hair more difficult, particularly on deeper carpet. The result is a more convincing recommendation for mostly hard floors than for a home whose main problem is embedded fur. Different test outcomes should remain visible to the buyer.

TechRadar rated its floor washing very highly. RTINGS found dried residue still needed multiple passes. Both observations can coexist: daily mopping can be excellent while demanding set-in stains remain slower. The automatic roller cover is especially practical when a cleaning route includes carpet between hard-floor rooms.

TechRadar found battery use and navigation less efficient than hoped, the app complicated and the onboard bin small. RTINGS found the dock removed much routine handling, but pet waste was not always avoided. Our interpretation is that this suits a buyer prioritising floor-washing performance who accepts some setup work and checks before unattended runs.

An owner of the Ultra Roller Complete reported a replacement unit leaking. Vacuum Wars subsequently removed the model from its recommendations after examining additional customer complaints, while noting its own test machine had not leaked. These accounts justify caution about the dock, but do not establish a failure rate or prove that every production batch is affected.
