RTINGS found very thorough pickup on bare floors, including edges and corners, together with effective stain cleaning. That combination makes the 10R particularly convincing for kitchens and open hard-floor living areas. The practical benefit is getting vacuuming and mopping done together without leaving the margins of the room untouched.

TechRadar was impressed with cleaning in a home with several pets. RTINGS, however, found that its split brush left substantial embedded hair in carpet and needed repeated passes. These findings address different conditions. An untangled roller is useful, but it does not establish that the robot will replace deep vacuuming in a heavily carpeted pet home.

RTINGS found the slim body useful under low furniture and its avoidance system generally dependable. USB leads and rug tassels remained troublesome. It therefore offers a meaningful reduction in rescuing and rearranging furniture, while still benefiting from a quick check for small trailing items before a scheduled clean.

TechRadar encountered a blockage after a particularly demanding combination of animal hair and fallen Christmas-tree needles. It cleared the robot outlet and dock inlet, then reported no repeat during the following four weeks. This was one demanding household incident, not evidence that every dock suffers a recurring fault. Its reviewer also filled dust bags sooner than the advertised maximum interval.

For mostly hard floors, the evidence points to a capable cleaner with useful access and navigation advantages. In homes dominated by carpet and shedding pets, the mixed pickup evidence deserves more weight than the anti-tangle claim. Neither short-term testing nor one home review establishes a population-wide reliability rate; reports of convenience should not be read as proof of maintenance-free ownership.
