Six reviews, mostly positive. Vacuum Wars and TechGearLab both rate it one of the best robots for pet hair, and Expert Reviews found near-perfect pickup in its lab tests. TechRadar, Trusted Reviews and T3 were impressed by the mopping, though TechGearLab couldn't get a dried coffee stain up. Obstacle avoidance is a consistent strength. The weak spots are edges, rug corners and deep carpet, where testers disagree on how much it leaves behind, and the roller only lifts a little over rugs.

Outstanding with pet hair
Vacuum Wars measured 93% of flattened hair lifted from carpet, against an 81% average, and nothing at all wrapped round the brush in its long-hair test. TechGearLab named it the best robot in its test group for heavily shedding pets, the only one that picked up lots of fur without tangling. Expert Reviews got close to 100% in its dog-hair test, and TechRadar never had to cut hair off the side brushes. With a shedding dog or cat, this is the strongest reason to buy it.
Good on carpet, not a deep clean
Vacuum Wars recorded 88% of grit removed from medium-pile carpet, well above average. TechRadar found it perfect on mid-pile but saw it leave some rice on high pile. Expert Reviews saw it collect nearly 65% of flour from carpet, which it still called very impressive. TechGearLab was less generous: large debris came up, but fine sand in the weave was often left behind. Expect good upkeep, with the occasional proper vacuum for carpets.
Strong mopping, with stubborn exceptions
TechRadar got dried ketchup off best on maximum mode, while Trusted Reviews needed two passes for dried coffee and mud. TechGearLab couldn't remove its dried coffee stain at all. Vacuum Wars measured slightly above-average stain removal, with more water left behind than usual. Stronger settings helped in some tests, but stubborn marks may still need a hand mop. Keep within your flooring's water limits.
Avoids objects, misses some edges
Vacuum Wars recorded 21 of 24 obstacles avoided, against a 17 average. TechRadar saw it identify and label a cable, a shoe and a sock twice without error, though it once dragged a charging cable around in daily use. Edges are less tidy. The roller doesn't reach sideways, as Vacuum Wars and Trusted Reviews note, and TechRadar found edge cleaning disappointing, while T3 thought it excellent. TechGearLab also saw it skip corners and chew thin rug edges.
Mixed floors need some planning
The roller only lifts over carpet and can't be left in the dock. Trusted Reviews warns that longer-pile carpets can get wet, and T3 found it less adaptable than rivals that detach their mops. Both found no mop-only mode and no way to vacuum first then mop in one run. Should you buy the Omni E25?
Best for: Homes with mostly hard floors and a pet that sheds. Skip it if: Most of your home has thick carpet.
Consider it for a shedding pet in a home with mostly hard floors and low rugs. Compare the C28's current price if the floors are usually clear, but read its navigation limitations before choosing it. Both models need attention to rug clearance and routine cleaning of the dock and roller.
The Omni E25 mops with a long roller that's rinsed with clean water as it goes, with the dirty water scraped off into a separate tank, an idea eufy first used on the dearer S1 Pro. A front camera spots obstacles, and the dock empties the bin, washes and dries the roller, refills the water and adds detergent. It sits above the Omni C28, which drops the camera, and below the E28, which adds a detachable spot cleaner. With a laser tower on top it's about 11cm tall, so it won't get under some sofas and beds.

Will it avoid cables and pet mess?
Vacuum Wars saw it avoid 21 of 24 test objects, and TechGearLab also found its avoidance useful. TechRadar still saw it drag a charging cable around in everyday use. Clear small hazards and check for pet accidents before a run, even with the pet setting on, because these tests can't promise it won't miss one.
Does it fit under low furniture?
Only if there's more than about 11cm of space. eufy lists the robot at 4.4 inches tall, per the specifications, and the laser tower doesn't retract. Expert Reviews measured 13cm and found it couldn't get under its bed, while T3 found it slipped under its furniture easily. Measure your gaps first.
Can it leave the mop in the dock for carpet?
No. The roller lifts about a centimetre but stays attached, and Trusted Reviews warns that longer carpet can get damp. Keep the robot off thick rugs while the roller is wet. Check what the app's no-mop setting actually does, since it may still let the robot cross the rug.
Can I just mop, without vacuuming?
No. Trusted Reviews and T3 both found only vacuum-only and vacuum-and-mop options, with no mop-only mode and no way to vacuum first and then mop in one run. That matters for wet spills, since the brush goes over them too. For most daily cleans it won't.
How big is the dock, and is it loud?
eufy lists the dock at about 37cm wide, 46cm deep and 44cm tall, per the specifications, and TechRadar found it relatively small for this kind of robot. The robot itself is quiet, and Expert Reviews barely noticed it working. Emptying is another matter: TechGearLab describes a roar that's hard to ignore.
How often do I have to empty or refill it?
eufy says the 3-litre dust bag lasts up to 75 days, per the specifications. You'll refill the 2.5-litre clean-water tank and empty the dirty one more often, and TechGearLab found that was most of the upkeep. The detergent comes in a non-refillable bottle, so T3 notes you'll be buying replacements.
