Good on hard floors, tangle-free
RTINGS found it picks up most everyday debris on hard floors, with a little left along edges and in corners. Tom's Guide got excellent results with cereal and cat litter, and techreviewer called hard-floor pickup excellent. Hair doesn't wrap: Vacuum Wars measured zero tangling, and techreviewer never had to cut hair off the brush. If your home is mostly open hard floor, this is the part you can count on.
The roller mop is the weak point
Vacuum Wars found poor dried-stain removal even at maximum water flow. Tom's Guide got better results after turning the flow up, while techreviewer found fresh spills easier than dried marks. So more water helped in one test and didn't fix it in another. Stick to settings your floor's maker allows, and expect some stubborn marks to need a hand mop.
Carpet and pet hair fall short
It depends on the test. Vacuum Wars measured above-average sand removal from carpet but slightly below-average pet-hair pickup. RTINGS found carpet edges and corners left dirty and called embedded pet-hair removal poor, with hair dragged around rather than lifted. Tom's Guide saw clumped cat hair clog the inlet. The roller cover does keep rugs dry, which techreviewer confirmed. If a shedding pet lives on your carpet, keep a proper vacuum handy.
Clutter-dodging is only average
Vacuum Wars counted 16 of 24 objects avoided, about average. RTINGS found it reliable around objects on hard floors but bumping into things far more on carpet, inconsistent with pet waste, and liable to snag on tasselled rugs. techreviewer saw it miss flat white cables. Tom's Guide never had it get lost or stuck, though it sometimes wandered off its route and came back later. Pick up cables and keep an eye on it if you have a pet that has accidents.
Quiet, but tall
RTINGS found it quiet enough not to bother pets. techreviewer said the dock's emptying lasts only a few seconds, while drying runs at low speed for around three hours. The catch is size. techreviewer measured 11.9cm, and both Tom's Guide and RTINGS warn it won't fit under low furniture. Tom's Guide also missed having an extending side brush for corners.

Should you buy the Qrevo Curv 2 Flow?
Best for: Homes where washing hard floors is the main job. Skip it if: You have low furniture or need strong pet hair pickup on carpet.
The Flow is worth considering for open hard floors if it fits under your furniture and you can accept mixed stain results. The Curv 2 Pro has stronger carpet-cleaning evidence and a lower body. The X8 Pro Omni is another roller-mop option, though its reviewers also disagreed on dried stains and carpet hair.
The Qrevo Curv 2 Flow swaps the Curv's two spinning pads for one wide roller mop that rinses itself as it goes. On carpet the roller lifts and a cover slides over it to keep rugs dry, and the dock empties the bin, washes the roller in hot water and dries it with warm air. It stands about 11.9cm tall with a raised sensor that cannot lower, so it won't fit under many sofas, and there's no detergent tank, so you add cleaner by hand.

The questions people ask about this one
Does it fit under low furniture?
Often not. It's 11.9cm tall with a fixed laser turret, per the specifications. techreviewer found it only just squeezed under a low cabinet, and Vacuum Wars also flags the height. Measure the gap first. If low sofas matter, the Curv 2 Pro is about 8cm tall.
Will it get my rugs wet?
It shouldn't. The roller lifts 15mm on carpet and a cover slides over it, according to the specifications, and techreviewer found carpets stayed dry in testing. That makes it easier to live with in a home of mixed floors than robots that drag a damp mop over rugs.
Will it avoid cables and pet mess?
Not reliably. RTINGS found it inconsistent with pet waste and much clumsier on carpet than on hard floors, and techreviewer saw it miss flat white cables. Clear the floor before a run, especially if a pet might have had an accident.
Can it cross rugs and raised thresholds between rooms?
Low ones are fine. techreviewer found it crossed thresholds up to about 2cm, and Vacuum Wars puts the limit at 20mm. RTINGS warns that rugs with tassels can leave it stuck. Roborock's US page doesn't give a climbing height, so check anything taller than a normal door strip.
How often do I have to empty or refill anything?
The dock empties the bin into a bag and washes and dries the roller, per the specifications. You still fill the clean-water tank, empty the dirty one and add floor cleaner by hand, because there's no detergent tank. Tom's Guide found that extra step annoying at this level.
What did reviewers think of the app?
techreviewer found the Roborock app stable and full of room-by-room controls, with Matter smart-home support. Tom's Guide liked the depth but found some settings buried. Neither mentions a subscription for normal cleaning.
