Vacuum Wars bought and compared the ThermaCharged with the ordinary NeverTouch Pro, finding strong debris pickup, high carpet deep-clean results and above-average flattened-hair removal. Tom’s Guide also liked hard-floor and carpet cleaning, though the robot’s air jets sometimes moved debris in the wrong direction. These observations are more useful than assumptions based on older Shark robots.

Tom’s Guide found effective washing in its home test. Vacuum Wars also measured good stain removal, but the ThermaCharged left unusually large amounts of water behind, increasing streaking risk. Water output could not be adjusted in that app version. Heated washing at the dock should therefore be separated from the question of how wet the robot leaves the floor.

The bagless station avoids replacement dust bags, and the ThermaCharged adds hot-water mop washing and heated drying. Tom’s Guide liked automatic mop attachment and removal, but found the short power cable restrictive when placing the dock. Tank handling and cleaning the collection container remain ownership tasks even when pad servicing is automated.

Vacuum Wars found below-average obstacle avoidance and limited controls, including no multi-level mapping or live cleaning routes in the tested app. Tom’s Guide reported quick mapping but occasional loss of direction. Those limitations affect multi-storey homes and anyone who wants detailed control over cleaning; they are observations of this model rather than a blanket verdict on the brand.
