eufy's cheapest self-emptying robot: a slim, vacuum-only model that maps your home and empties its bin into a bag. It's good on hard floors and gets under low furniture, but it can't see obstacles at all.

The short version
The Auto-Empty C10 is the entry point to eufy's C range, below the Omni C20, which adds mopping and a pad-washing dock. eufy names it the closest replacement for the discontinued L60 with self-empty station. It only vacuums, and the dock empties its bin into a 3-litre bag eufy says lasts about 60 days. The laser that maps your home sits in the front of the body rather than on top, so it's only 7.2cm tall.
That low height is the main reason to choose it. The trade-offs are no mop and no way of recognising objects, so it bumps into furniture and catches rug tassels. Testers also disagree about how well it lifts pet hair from carpet.
eufy's own US store shows it as sold out; it's still listed in the UK, Germany, France, Italy and Australia.
Our take: Buy it if you want a cheap robot that empties itself, mostly hard floors, and furniture too low for most robots. Skip it if you have a shedding pet on carpet, lots of rugs with tassels, or a floor that's often covered in cables and toys. The Omni C20 is just as slim and adds a mop that the dock washes, and the Dreame D10 Plus Gen 2 is another budget self-emptier with a longer track record on hard floors.

What reviewers found
Two lab tests: RTINGS and Vacuum Wars, who bought one for its studio. Both confirm it has no real obstacle avoidance and that the slim body is a genuine advantage. They disagree sharply on pet hair in carpet: Vacuum Wars recorded a perfect result, while RTINGS called its pet-hair pickup disappointing. RTINGS rates it best on hard floors and weaker on carpet edges and fine grit; Vacuum Wars was impressed on carpet but found its coverage per charge below average.

Best on hard floors
RTINGS found it does a great job on hard floors, clearing crumbs, dust and scattered food in kitchens and bathrooms. It leaves a little debris along walls and in corners, sometimes drags material around, and can't lift fine grit out of floor cracks and deep grout. For a home that's mostly wood, tile or vinyl, that's a solid everyday result.
Carpet and pet hair: tests disagree
Vacuum Wars measured 86% of sand removed from carpet and 100% of pet hair lifted in its flattened-hair test. RTINGS found the opposite with pet hair: a noticeable amount left behind and some dragged around rather than picked up. It also rated carpet pickup only decent, with fine particles pushed deeper on high-pile rugs. The tests use different carpets and methods, and neither explains the gap. With pets on carpet, expect to follow up by hand sometimes.
No obstacle avoidance at all
Both testers confirm it can't recognise objects. RTINGS says it bumps into furniture repeatedly, nudges lightweight pieces about, gets rug tassels caught in the brush and won't reliably avoid pet mess. Vacuum Wars confirms it has no obstacle avoidance technology. Clear cables, socks and toys first, and don't run it unsupervised if a pet may have had an accident.
Slim enough for low furniture
eufy lists the body at 2.85in (7.2cm), per the specifications, and RTINGS found it fits under an 8cm gap, cleaning the whole area under couches and console tables and moving easily round chair legs. RTINGS measured it clearing thresholds up to 1.9cm. If your beds and sofas sit too low for most robots, this is the strongest reason to buy it.
Shorter runs, easy emptying
Vacuum Wars scored its navigation 0.62 against a 0.70 average and estimates about 904 square feet per charge, so larger homes may need a second session. The self-emptying dock is the upside: RTINGS notes it seals debris in a bag so you don't handle it, and eufy says a 3-litre bag lasts about 60 days, per the specifications.

How often do I have to empty or refill anything?
Rarely. The dock empties the bin into a 3-litre bag that eufy says lasts about 60 days, per the specifications. Vacuum Wars notes a 600ml bin on the robot. There's no mop, so there's no water to refill, but you'll replace bags and brushes over time.
Is it good for a home with pets?
It depends who you believe. Vacuum Wars recorded perfect pet-hair pickup from carpet, but RTINGS called it a poor choice for pet owners because hair was left behind and it doesn't avoid pet waste. It's quiet enough that RTINGS doesn't expect it to bother nervous pets.
